This is a sample of the upcomming game called, Tresspasser: Jurassic Park. It is a game featuring AI dinosaurs running on an island. There are many options in the game For example, you can jump on the ground and then the water ripples. You don't even need a 3d card. Its an awesome game. For more info on the game, press the Tresspasser link below.

General Information: Trespasser takes part on Isla Sorna (Site B) a few years after the events in 'The Lost World' took place. You play a character named Anne, a scientist from Manhattan who has been stranded on Site B. The game takes anywhere from 2-5 hours per area. The game will load from CD to HD at aprox. 60mb per area. It will run around $49.95. Trespasser will not be ported to other game systems (i.e. PSX, N64, etc.) There will be cheat codes. Site B will be separated into areas in which you must complete a certain puzzle in each area to advance to the next. Areas will consist of Woods, Jungle, Great Plains, and Beach. Site B is about 15k in diameter. All enemies will be dinosaurs (no human enemies) No seperate inventory screen, status bar, or visual counter. You will use a 'hand' to interact with the objects around you. No sunset on the island (you wouldn't last 10 minutes in the dark) No need for eating, sleeping, drinking. No swimming or climming trees. No smoke or rain. Wind and fog will be implemented. No mirror reflections. The game will not be editable to the public. It is being built with 3D Studio Max. The game will ship without multiplayer capabilities.
Dinosaur Information The average polycount for each dino is 300-400. Each dinosaur has a unique AI (Artificial Intelligence) which will consist of: hunger, thirst, anger, fear and possessiveness. Eyes and ears are functional. 7 T-Rexes...yes that is 7. 3 tribes of Velociraptors. Dinos have varied levels of intelligence.
Engine Information Objects can be manipulated. Physics-based calculating (on the fly). NO pre-animated scenes, each motion is caluclated on the fly. 16 bit palatte, support for 8 bit on lower-end machines. Hardware support only to be used as a "pixel-pump." All 3D support is done with software...yes software! :) Transparency, z-buffering, some gouraud shading. Dynamic lighting Bump mapping support (for all dinos and most objects). Sound in 22khz 16bit. Support for DirectSound 3D Calculated envelope/pitch/volume/reverb/echo changes on the fly.
