News
We have just finished a very busy and exciting phase in our lives and our starting a new one. We had our first baby, a boy, on May 5, 1999, at 11:39 a.m. and he is the CUTEST little baby there ever was. (Of course, we are just a little biased in our opinion.) We named him Braden Kent Hansen and he was 7 lbs 6.5 oz. and 21 inches long. He was born with a full head of hair and everything else was absolutely perfect. Now that we are done with the pregnancy phase, we have happily moved on to the "Mommy" and "Daddy" phase. Barry is the absolute best Dad there ever was and is so whipped over his little boy it is hilarious. We love being parents and find our little boy to be the joy of our lives. This summer is proving to be a busy one for our family. Barry's two younger brothers, Brent and Bryan, are both getting married this summer. (They are twins). He also has a cousin getting married inbetween the other two weddings and quite a few family reunions to attend.
Hobbies and Interests
Breanna's Hobbies
One of my favorite hobbies is crochet. I like to collect and send out patterns. My current projects, or soon to be, include two afghans for wedding presents and one baby afghan. If you would like to learn more about crochet or see my patterns and pictures, come check out my Craftn' Crazy web site.
Another one of my hobbies is sewing. With the aid of a new sewing machine, I am finally going to start working on all of my sewing projects I have sitting around! I have found that the best way to get help and ideas for sewing is by going to the Bernina Sewing Forums.
Barry's Hobbies
Well, Barry is the computer addict of our family. If anybody would like to discuss programming or any type of computer talk,
this is the man to talk to. He is constantly trying new things and playing on
computers. As of now, I think he has assembled about six computers from spare
parts and has rearranged about the same number at least twenty times.
