Vietworld Chatters Rules

Pornographic and obscene ascii images and language are not permitted in public rooms or private messages.
Offensive and indecent nicknames and/or usernames are not allowed and will be blocked.
Harassment of another VietWorld Chatter or via email or use of obscene or abusive language is not permitted.
Do not disrupt the flow of a discussion by repeatedly posting the same message or ascii image or posting excessively large ascii images or posting lots of text up. It's called flooding.
Impersonation of others, including a VietWorld Staff or representative is forbidden. Anyone that impersonate will be kicked and possibly permanently banned from VietWorld ChatLine.
VietWorld Chatline reserve the right to refuse access to anyone.
Ask before you use any bots, scripts, or addons in Vietworld Chatrooms.

Vietworld Staff Rules

Abusing your power will result in access suspension or removal from Vietworld ChatLine Staff.
Please do not use mass kick to kick everyone out and do not use mass deop.
Please supply your kick with a reason and if a chatters have any complaint, please ask them to contact vcs2000@hotmail.com and we wil investigate.
If you are a staff, please come to our chatline when you are online because we need more user.
