Mina is 14 years old and she was born on October 22. Her sign is Libra. Mina's blood type is B. She used to go around as Sailor V before she joined up with the Sailor Scouts. Mina's junior high is different from the others (just like Rei Hino a.k.a Sailor Mars. Her junior high is Shibakouen High School in Minato-Ku. Her favorite subject is Physical Education and her least favorite subject is everything else! ^_~. Mina used to be on the volleyball team before she went to England. Her favorite foods are gyouza, pasta, ramen-noodles and curry rice. Her favorite colors are red, yellow and orange. Mina's hobby is wasting time, dancing, shopping and gymnastics.
She was also the original Sailor Senshi intended in the Manga called : "Code Name : Sailor V" , but one wasn't enough. Mina has no enemies and she'll use the playful technique to get onto the good side of people. Mina is Sailor Venus, but she's known publicly as Sailor V. Mina's voice done by Stephanie Marganstern. Mina's an only child and she met Artemis way back in the Moon Kingdom. [Artemis is that cute little white kitty]. She once battled evil alone as Sailor V. Please keep reading! Arigato.
In the english version, they changed Minako Aino's name to : Mina. Which is a short form of Minako. She now goes to Grass Valley Junior High in Grade 8, and she first appeared in episode 29 "Sailor V Makes the Scene". In that episode, the other Sailor Scouts thought that she was Sailor V, and they were right. See, Mina used to be just Sailor V, touring the country and fighting evil, the whole bit WAY before the rest of the Sailor Scouts knew that they were supposed to be Sailor Scouts. So technically, Mina is the first Sailor Scout.
Mina doesn't seem to have any enemies, and she can be very playful and happy at times. Which is good, because sometimes they need people like her around to boost up their energy. Mina is the person to settle disputes, joke around about guys with Lita a.k.a Sailor Jupiter and to hardly pick fights with anyone. Mina's looks really resemble Serena a.k.a Sailor Moon. I think later on, they find out that she is somehow related to Serena a.k.a Sailor Moon.
