The Rules

Employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, and immediate family members of The Cash Contest, and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, and promotion agencies, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

Duplicates, copies, and other mechanical reproductions are not permitted. Illegible, mutilated, or incomplete entries will be disqualified. Each entry must be mailed separately.

All of your contest entries will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of The Cash Contest, if you attempt (1) to enter the contest through any means other than through what is provided for in the entrance rules; or, (2) to disrupt the Sweepstakes or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. And, if either of the above occurs, The Cash Contest reserves the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention in a manner, determined solely by The Cash Contest, that is fair and equitable to contest participants.

Note that if you continue to participate actively in the Sweepstakes, you will continue to receive e-mail confirmations of entries. Sending e-mail to cc_c@rocketmail.com does not prevent the sending of these confirmation e-mails. If you no longer wish to receive the confirmation e-mails, simply cease your participation in the Sweepstakes.

Winners will be selected by random drawing the Sunday following the receipt of the qualifying amount of entries, from among all eligible entries received. Random drawings will be held under the supervision of The Cash Contest, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning each prize depend on the total number of eligible entries necessary for the drawing. The winner will be notified either by e-mail or postal mail. Winners will have up to 14 days from the date of attempted notification to respond to the notification. The Cash Contest is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules and the decisions of The Cash Contest, which shall be final. All federal, state, and local laws apply. The Cash Contest, sponsors and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of The Cash Contest and Sponsors and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i)late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Producer that may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the contest or from collecting entrance fees or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest.

The Cash Contest may prohibit you from participating in the contest, if at the sole discretion of The Cash Contest, you repeatedly show a disregard for the these contest Official Rules, or act (1) in an unsportsmanlike manner; (2) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other player or Cash Contest representative; or (3) in any other disruptive manner.

The winner of the prize drawing will (if possible) be contacted by E-mail and the award will be sent to that participant to the address provided within 5 business days. Prizes drawn for are not sent directly, an equivelent amount of Camel Cash is sent and the participant is responsible for redeeming the cash for that prize or any other combination of prizes they choose. Participants are responsible entirely for following the rules and restrictions set within the Camel Cash reward program itself. (Including age restrictions. If a drawing is cancelled or for any reason The Cash Contest is unable to continue, entry fees will be returned to the respective participant.

This contest is not affiliated in any way with R.J.R., Camel, or the Camel Cash program and catalog.
