This page is dedicated to all explainations of Magic and
Psion used in my stories. The psi factor is based on the factors used in
The Rowan by Anne McCafferty and modified by me. For reference
purposes only, I use my characters from my
fanfic for examples.
Psion Levels
Telepathy
T-9: Rudimentary telepathy, easily confused with Empathy. Magnum of the Outklaws
T-7: Can send suggestions to animals in the form of basic actions, i.e. "sit",
"hunt", "sleep".
T-5: Average, able to communicate "mind-to-mind" with other telepaths. Can
create "hazes" in the form of disguise to non-telepaths.Nathaniel Lovecraft
T-3: Able to communicate "mind-to-mind" with any sentients, as long as they
are not esper-blind (see),. Able to use their power as a weapon
against non-telepaths at this point. RC Spiker, Kade Saeri
T-1: Total control of other telepaths, let alone other humans. Minerva Ryder.
Telekinesis
T-9: What we call in the industry, "poltergeist."
T-7: Able to willingly move objects of about 10# or less. Nathaniel Lovecraft
T-5: Able to move objects of about 50# or less. Tristan Lé Fey, RC Spiker, Christopher Highblood
T-3: Able to move objects of about human size.
T-1: Have you ever seen the movie Carrie?
Pyrokinesis
Empathy
Esperblind
The psionic ability or more appropriately lack of that denies any telepath or
empath to affect the manipulate, read, or even communicate with the esper-
blind party.
