Run in Dublin (venue to be announced). Easy flights in from Commonwealth Hash in Glasgow.

• PRESTWICK (PIK): Ryan Air - £ 35 £ 35.99 £24.99 £29.99 1440 - 1535h . Get to airport by half price train from Belfast Central is about £4 - journey time 40 minutes.
• GLASGOW (GLA): Aer Lingus - £ 67 £ 61.99 £34.98 £67.99 0820-0930h and £ 34.98 1445-1550h and £67.99 £ 104.99 1130 - 1240h Get to airport by "First 500" bus every 10 minutes, 25 minute journey time 25 minutes. Ticket £6 each way.

• getting from Dublin Airport to the city - cheapest is Dublin Bus (No. 16, 33 or 41) - cost €3.05 cash exact change best, Dublin Bus - No. 747 and Aircoach - No. 700 run express services at about €6.00.
• see Dublin (at own cost etc.)
• Dublin HHH run / 8th (or is it 9th?) Guinness Hash / I ♥ Monday HHH 100th Run - Hash Cash about €5
• Guinness Hash shirt by advance booking only .... will be Guinness merchandise with hash name embroidered on it

Run in Belfast - tour of the city (venue to be announced). Travel up early by bus and see the Titanic Exhibition

• On the bus to Belfast (€10 each way). You decide time but we recommend the AirCoach service from O'Connell Street at 1530h arriving 1750h. Timetables can be found on the website. Alternatively, if staying overnight you could book the train - 1520h Dublin Connolly - 1729h Belfast Central returning next day 0800h Belfast Central - 1000h Dublin Connolly. Book on Irish Rail website but note there is no suitable train back on Tuesday night. Train is same price as bus but, if booking on the day, train prices go up for short notice tickets.
• Explore Belfast (if you take an early bus) or explore Dublin some more / sleep in (take later bus)
• Belfast HHH organise city centre "see-the-sights" Run - Hash Cash bout £5 (1900h)
• Meal after run near run site (£15 approx.)
• Additional drinking at own expense
• Either stay in Belfast (we recommend get the early bird deal at Premier Inn - Albert Street which is £29 £35.00 £29.00 £35.00a night or take bus to Dublin at 2230h (arriving 0040h) and stay where you were on Day 1.
• Bus to Dublin in the morning 0730h arriving Dublin at 0940h ... time for breakfast before going to Galway

Run in Galway with pub crawl down Shop Street (info to follow)

• On bus to Galway (€10) at 1045h arriving 1315h with GoBus . Alternative transport using CityLink but will have to take earlier bus.
• Pick-up Hash starting with trail to first pub from new Bus Station (no charge ... buy own drink ... maybe glorified pub crawl leaving first pub at 1430h)
• Meal after down downs (€20)
• Option: Medium Trail take bus to Dublin at 1845h with GoBus arriving Dublin at 2115h or similar time with CityLink) and stay in Dublin before flight (Thursday) to Brussels. Ballbreaker continue drinking and take late night bus at 0215h straight to Dublin Airport from Galway arriving 0445h with CityLink .... get a kip on the bus before flight to Brussels and sleep on the flight too!.

Flights to Brussels by Aer Lingus to make Red Dress Run in Brussels

If going on Red Dress Run .... Aer Lingus to Brussels (€ 60 € 82.99 £52.99 at present for 0640h-0925h) : to get to Dublin airport you will have to take the Dublin Bus - No. 747 or the Aircoach - No. 700 express service at about €6.00 as no city bus runs that early. From Brussels Airport take the dyslexic bus service (either 21 or 12 depending on time of day! 12 until 2000h - few stops) to Place Luxembourg at €4.00 but €6.00 if you buy on bus.

If buying train tickets in Belgium using a credit card, be warned that there is a credit card fee of €4.00 so, recently, WOODEN SHOE found herself charged €12.00 for a €8.00 ticket. Cash or Belgian recognised Laser cards are best.

Only alternative to get to Red Dress Run would be flying to Amsterdam and taking train from Schiphol via Rotterdam to Brussels Centraal (there is a more expensive Thallys but cheaper to fly by London Heathrow).

If missing the Red Dress Run, you can stay in Galway and enjoy life before gently heading to Brussels on Thursday or Friday. Aer Lingus operate flights from Dublin to Brussels (BRU). RyanAir operate services to Charleroi (Brussels South) from which you can get a bus to Brussels Midi Station or, very neatly, get a train ticket to Brussels Luxembourg (Change at Midi or Centraal or Nord) which is just at Place Luxembourg.

The Snail Trail will be organised for snails .... who pay as they go and leave their mark! We will ask people to register for runs to permit us to make decisions on catering but this will be a pay as you go event. There will be personally embroidered Guinness Gear available and this will be on advance order and payment. We will recommend accommodation, buses and planes but please book yourself. We will give target prices so people know what to budget for. You have the opportunity to do your own thing or follow the pack.
