Peg stalls
When on the ramp it can me a useful trick to do when wanting to slow yourself before doing a harder trick, it also helps your confidence a great deal when trying other lip tricks. What I find useful is always try to go a lot slower than you might think is possible, this makes you hop a great deal more. Most times when you go fast you hit the coping way too hard. It works against you so much. When you get to a good speed or what you think is good ride up to the coping or top of the transition, (the piece of shining tubing on the top) arch you line, then hop up and lean into the ramp. If you hook up with the coping hold the stall, and then hop back in by doing a tiny bunny hop and leaning you front wheel into the ramp. It feel cool to pull it off for the first time like most other tricks.
