Manual
Manuals are hard, especially when you can't bunny-hop. They take a lot of control, but feel great when you get one right. Its like a wheelie, except you don't pedal. So, ride at a reasonable pace. Lift your front wheel, and keep two fingers on the rear break, so if you feel you are going to fall back apply the break and lean a little forward. You do see some ridings using there legs to balance. This is useful. TIP- Keep you bum just over the saddle, and your arms straight. Practise is the key.
