With your prefered foot on your opposite peg, lift the bike on to its back wheel. You should feel the bike rise, use the brake to help you, and scuff the rear wheel. You should apply the break after each scuff, to prevent you from going to fast, and to help balance. Look at the picture below for help.
In the picture Henning is not using the handlebars, or break. This is a cool caboose. I recommend you use the same stance, except you apply the break. Tip, most people reverse there brakes, to aid the caboose.
