Hello,
My name is Peggy (Gale) Bennett. Several years ago I went to a Genealogy Display in my hometown and saw a picture of an old couple with my grandparents name on it. I had never seen a picture of them before and it generated an interest in me to discover more about my roots.
Not long after, my mom located a picture of my grandparents. It turned out that the picture in the Genealogy Display was named wrong and it wasn’t actually my grandparents. I soon became very involved in Genealogy. I spent countless hours online researching, ordering books, wills, baptism certificates, marriage certificates and anything that would help me get ahead in my research.
I have met many new friends through Genealogy and made some real good contacts. Doing one’s family tree is a big undertaking and there are very many hours of work involved.
