Utilize needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation

Copyedit and format customer training deliverables and documentation,
and work with course developers to ensure accuracy and completeness of
course content. Prepare electronic files for online delivery. Develop
instructional aids such as quick reference cards and skill assessments,
and design forms and templates for such instructional documents as lab
scripts and course revisions. Write instructions and procedure manuals,
Web content, and technical articles. Design effective non-linear communications.
Investigate emerging technologies and trends.
