Currently, Dr. Jagdish C. Agrawal is a professor at Florida Metropolitan University. He was born in India, and he immigrated to U.S.A. in 1966, and was sworn in as a naturalized citizen in 1972. His four children were brought up and grew up in U.S.A. While Dr. Agrawal and his wife are Purdue graduates, his four children also graduated from Purdue and so did the spouses of his elder daughter and elder son. The spouses of his younger daughter and younger son graduated from Purdue competitors in Indiana.
