THIS WEBPAGE IS UNDER RECONSTRUCTION. The Admiral's Adventure House is CLOSED and is For Sale, $800,000.00.

WAS The most easterly Inn in North America.

These rustic former fisherman's premises including twyne store, stagehead, and beach front have been converted to a unique home and Waterfront Property. Located in the historic Outer Battery section of St John's, the house has million dollar waterfront views of the Harbour, Narrows and the North Atlantic Ocean. It is only 18 to 20 minutes walk to the downtown of North America's oldest city. Enjoy seasonal views of icebergs, whales, seals, sea otters, ducks and more. Enjoy suntanning, rest, and the ever-changing scenes, sounds and scents of drifting fog, seaweed and wave water patterns caused by tide rips, winds and the endless passage of ocean-going vessels.

"It's like being on a ship".

The rooms were nautical-inspired, each with it's own charming character. E.g.. the cozy Fo'c'stle cabin, built completely from wood with ship-style beds, or the Jacuzzi bathtub en suite in the lower Master bedroom suite. Take a closer look at the rooms for more information.

There is a private 4 vehicle parking lot, a sun deck, and two deep water wharves - "The Newfoundland Riviera".

"For the active and young at heart".

NOTE: There are 48 steps down to the house. Please, NO HEELS!

The house and property is on the North Head Trail to Cabot Tower on Historic Signal Hill! This is a City section of the fabulous East Coast Trail.
