Everything you want to know about me is right here!!!

Who Am I? :

I am a sophomore at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York. Graduated from Archbishop Spalding High School in Severn, Maryland and I live in Columbia, MD.

I am an only child with the exception of two half brothers and two half sisters. I have a dog named Willie, he's like the younger brother I never had!

Basketball:

Started playing basketball right before I moved from Burtonsville, MD in the 2nd grade. Played travel basketball starting in the fifth grade and AAU basketball in the seventh. Went to the AAU National Invitational with Loch Raven, a Baltimore County based team and we placed second out of 40 teams in Florida. I got recruited to play at Archbishop Spalding High School and played JV my freshman year. My sophomore and junior year I was a bench player and finally got my chance to start 10 games into my senior year. We won two championships during my three year varsity career at Spalding and traveled to tournaments in Deleware, Ohio, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

Although not quite reaching my dream of playing Division I basketball, I was recruited to play for the University of Rochester, a highly ranked D3 program. After a slow start to the season, I finally started to get the hang of things a week before our regular season was going to start. Unfortanutley, I broke my thumb in practice and had to sit out 6 weeks. I missed the entire first semester. The rest of the year was a struggle to get minutes on a squad that only lost 2 games all year. However, I did get a chance to get major minutes in the last conference game of the season, a game that we needed to win in order to get an automatic bid into the national tournament. I played 24 minutes and scored 11 points including what came out to be the game winning shot with about 11 seconds left to play in the game. It felt good to contribute after being hurt and on the bench most the year!

This year I am looking to get major minutes and contribute a lot more then what I did last year. I am confident that I can.
