See the above letter.

It is the response I received from the MD Bar Association on my formal complaint. I filed unquestionable legal evidence proving Mr. Menhart, a 24 years old pot smoking, arrogant law student is unlawfully practicing law in Maryland and DC.

In addition to that, Menhart is running a scam cheating, framing and entrapping people, illegally using the Courts. Collecting maybe millions. I explained it in my complaint letter that I am one of his victims and demanded that he is halted and prosecuted. The outrages answer is posted above. The answer was that this non-lawyer who is practicing law is not a lawyer therefore he is not under their jurisdiction. I suppose if he would be a lawyer practicing law without being a lawyer that would have been OK.

The answer is a LIE! The letter is legal double talk to get rid of me and protect this criminal. I think the whole world should be able to read it. I never agreed to keep this confidential.

I demand the resignation of every lawyer on this commission. The letter is a LIE! It is one of the functions and duties of the Bar Association to prevent unauthorized practices of law.

The Maryland Bar Association has a double standard; some people are prosecuted and sent to jail, others like Menhart are free to break the law. See the posted newspaper article below. Where this dishonest Menhart who filed nothing but lies when he sued me can operate without being a lawyer and without being a member of any Bar Association. The Bar association is helping this criminal to become rich.

The Bar Association is sending the wrong message to every lawyer. There is no need to study and finish law school. You can be employed as a lawyer and practice law in any state without any credentials. You can be totally unethical too since you will not be regulated, exactly as Menhart is. I am not afraid to tell it as is since I have PROOF! Menhart is a disgrace of the George Washington University Law School.

Some attorneys are phoning the Bar Association, expressing disappointment and disbelief.
