Elections of the 1st Council (Board of Directors) of PACHDA
will take place in
Cairo,February2003

in conjugation with the
30th Anuual Meeting of The Egyptian Society of Cardiology.

Please note that
- according to the constitution -
the 10 officers have to be distrinuted abong different Arab countries.


All registerd members are invited to nominate according to the following rules:
 

1. All nominees should apply through contacting the temporary secretariat. An e-mail directed to the group mailing list  (pachda@yahoogroups.com) is enough. 

Please make sure that your message went through and was circulated to all members by Yahoo. This will also serve as your proof and timing of aplication.

2. The last date to apply for nomination will be 31 December 2002 (midnight - Cairo time), afterwhich, no further aplication will be accepted.

3. The names of the nominees will be announced on 1 January 2003 through the group mailing list.

4. Members legible to vote are only those who are current members of the association. New members (until the voting date) will require approval from the president.
