Photoshop (6.0 or newer) Tutorial
by fierofanatic1(at)hotmail.com
STEP 1:
Open the image you want to
use. I used this photo of a
Lamborghini Diablo, copyright Fast-Autos.net. All I have done here is crop it.

STEP 2:
Go to Filter –> Artistic
–> Cutout. Adjust the settings
to your liking. I used: No. of Levels-8, Edge of Simplicity-6,
Edge Fidelity-3

STEP 3:
Using the Horizontal Type
Tool, type the text you desire, using the Pricedown
(click link to download) font in white.
For mine, I made 2 separate text objects, one saying “Lamborghini”
and the other saying “Diablo,” both in 48 pt. size. I rasterized both of them, moved them,
then merged them together. With
your text layer selected, go to Layer –> Layer Style –> Stroke. Change the Stroke color to black, and
adjust the stroke size. I used 4
for my stroke size. Click OK, and
your FINISHED!
