~*~*~*~ Chap. 5 - Ryan~*~*~*~
"Ahem.." Claudia cleared her throat.
Jodi and Alli stopped dead in their tracks. The turned around to face Claudia and the members of Dream Street with another boy that they didnt realize. Jo could feel herslef get red in the face and she was sure Alli was feeling the same thing.
"Uhh...hi ..Claudia...we...we...we..were..." Jo stuttered.
"We...were..just ..." Alli tried to finish.
Claudia laughed. The boys chuckled behind her. "Dont worry girls, we just came over to ask you to lower your voices. you guys are qiute loud."
"Sorry" Jo and Alli apologized.
"Thats okay. I want you to meet Ryan." the boy that they didnt know gave a little wave. Claud continued. "He is in charge of all Street Team and Promo Squad activities. He is the main leader behind this. You two will be helping Ryan so get to know each other." Claud and DS went back to practice.
Jo Alli and Ryan stood there in silence. Jo finally broke the ice. " Hi, I"m Jodi." she said shaking his hand. "Nice to meet you." Ryan said. Alli then shook his heand. " I'm Alli"
"Sooo.."Ryan said."well Like Claud said, you guys will be heling me in anyway possible. In two weeks DS has an apperance at Spencers and we need to get the word out. Claud told me you guys are doin fliers. Can I see them?"
Jo went to go get the fliers off the copier. and handed them to Ryan.
He looked them over. "Nice" he said. He looked up at them and smiled. "Great job. Keep up the good work. We have to post these up around town later on."
The girls nodded. "No problem" Jo and Alli said.
"Alrite then , I'm gonna take these and start passing them out. I'll come back later," Ryan said. Before he walked out, he turned around and said, "Oh rite you guys sound really nice. Have you ever thought of becomin a banc or something?"
Jo and Alli looked at each other. "hmmm...."Alli said. "That is a good idea"
"it is isnt it Alli." Jo replied. The two of them bust out laughing. "Yea rite " Jo siad.
"you know, Ryans pretty cute." Alli smirked adn teased. " Ohhh...Somebody got a crush!" Jodi blushed. "Haha" Alli said.
The two of them went back to work and singing. Jodi popped in her Bring It On soundtrack and started to sing . "Everywhere we go we see you..we feel the energy your giving back to us..we travel many miles in being with you and we would do it just because..." Alli joined in on the second verse. "becuase between us theres no distance even tho we come from many worlds apart it be beacuase itd make a difference any way any how ..."
The two of them kept working until they were all worked out. Ryan came back and hour later and asked if they were ready to go put up the fliers. The nodded yea and went to say good bye to Claudia.
"Claud? We're gonna go. We're gonna help Ryan put up the fliers. We'll see you later." Jo said.
"Alrite bye Jo. Bye Alli nice meeting you. Bye Ryan." Claud said.
Alli waved "Bye Claud. Bye Chris Matt Jesse Greg Frankie. Nice meetin you."
"Yea," Jo said. "Bye you guys. Nice meetin you. Later"
Jo Alli went outside and met up with Ryan. They walked around and handed out fliers and put them up in stores and everything.
When they were finished, Ryan and Jo wlked Alli home. Then Ryan walked Jodi home. When they reached her house. They stood outside in silence.
"Well.."Jodi started. "Im home"
Ryan looked at her. " Yea..well.. I'll see you later then."
"yea I guess so." Jo replied.
"Okay well..later.'
"Later."
Jodi started to turn around but them Ryan grabbed her arm. "Hey Jo I was wonderin, maybe we could..i dunno.. hang out sometime..mayb..that is if you want..of course,. if you dont want to..its okay.."
Jo started to giggle. "Ryan chill out. I'd love to hang with you." She kissed him on the cheek and said. " Thanks for walking me home. I'll see you later." Jo walked to her door, unlocked it and went inside.
She screamed out "Hi mom!" and ran up to her room to call Alli and tell her what just happened. Jo was estactic. She couldnt wait to tell Alli.
