Taylor and Turtle cross the Arizona state line and find themselves in an area called Texas Canyon, where rocks seemed to be stacked on top of one another by someone. They stop because of rain and hail, and Taylor has a short conversation with a man warning her of spiders. Taylor finds that she has a flat tire and has to drive on it to a small used tire shop.
