Mr. Andy Waterhouse, Professor of Vitculture and Enology at University of California Davis, continues the discussion about "The Effects of Maceration on Red Wine Production." 69. Mr. Andy Waterhouse shows how to pour a wine into a glass wine with pour control. 70. Mr. Andy Waterhouse continues in his technical session.

Mr. Allan Stern, owner of Angel Catering in San Francisco, CA and Global Wines, a Saint Helena Company focusing on the boutique wines of Italy, France, and Spain, discussed about the basic steps in making the red wine and white wine from grapes. 74.
