Idea Column
Today's Ideas- 11/17/03: This idea I have been working on and perfecting in my mind for the past few years. It is a surgical procedure for smokers. A small soft plastic plate is inserted a few inches above the lungs. The device uses trapped heat and disintegrates the harmful particles so smokers have less of a chance of poluting their lungs and less of a chance of getting Lung Cancer. My hope is for when I get enough money to request it be a law for smokers to have the "Lungpad" surgically installed. That way even if the smokers decide they don't want the procedure done it is an insentive to quit smoking immediately. I hope you don't think me a fool. Bye for today.
