During two-year
NBA career, Allen averaged 8.9 points, 5.0 rebounds, 0.93 blocks and
26.9 minutes in 92 regular season games (75 starts). As an unpaid
free agent he signed HEAT on
July 20, 2001. During the 2002-03 season Allen led the HEAT in
scoring five times, in rebounds on seven occasions, in blocks a
team-high 35 times, in steals eight times and two times in minutes.
45 times he scored in double figures, on eight occasions captured
double figures in rebounds and recorded six double-doubles. With 24
consecutive free throw attempts he made a career-high.
Attended the
Shawnee HS in Medford, New Jersey.
Until 2000 he played college ball at Villanova.
Never drafted by an NBA team.
In the 2000 CBA Draft he was selected by the Fort Wayne Fury as 4th
overall pick.
In 2000-01 he joined the San Diego Wild Fire of the ABA.
In 2001-02 he signed Miami Heat.
