Our opening line-up is as follows:

TZ1-BRG TZ125 Engine Overhaul kit (Ball Bearings)
This kit includes all ball bearings in the engine, featuring quality FAG bearings. These items should all be replaced with each crank rebuild. In addition, the Countershaft Roller Bearing B5-3 should also be replaced (not available from TTR at this time). Parts include:
  1. Crankshaft B4-11 x2
  2. Countershaft B5-4
  3. Water Pump B6-3
  4. Transmission C3-8, C4-9, C4-24, C4-28
Clutch Cam Roller bearing C2-29 is not included, as it is not a highly loaded part and very rarely needs replacement.

TZ1-ORO TZ125 Engine Overhaul kit (O-Rings)
This kit includes all o-rings in the engine, as well as the o-ring for the temperature gauge probe into the radiator. These o-rings should be replaced during an overhaul. Parts include:

  2. Head, Outer B2-3
  3. Oil Pipe B8-18 x2
  4. Exhaust B13-2 x2
  5. Oil Filler Plug B14-15
  6. Crankcase B14-27
  7. Push Rod C2-10 x2
  8. Thrust Plate C2-18
  9. Clutch Basket C2-19
  10. Temp. Gauge D9-5
