Richer, Gem In A Pile of Mule Shit......
While dominating the west, so to speak, the Colorado Avalanche haven't
seen much point production from singular players. Although they have two
centers in the top ten, they are not doing anything special in the way of
point production. "Most of our scoring is spread out amongst all of
our lines, even the bruiser line is producing some dece points. This
teamwork has disabled the big stars from scoring mass amounts of points and
encourages the third and fourth liners to help out a little," said Coach Bob
Hartly. Also, due to recent injuries to first and second line left wingers,
Marian Hossa and Alex Tanguay, our team had to look elsewhere for point
production. " It sure feel good to be doing so good, for such good franchise." That's basically the only intelligent thing he said during the press conference so we'll leave it at that. When asked what he thought of having Richer in the dressing room, Alex Tanguay replied, "Richer think very good, have great attitude in dressing room, and me enjoy playing with him in hockey game." Also, after meeting up with Colorado goaltender, Patrick Roy, as he came out of a bar, he had this to say, "Richer...very good hockey playerrrr, now excuse me, I must go to home to beat wife!!!" Strange words from a strange
man, ah well at least he's a good hockey player.
