FREE SPIRIT'- CROWTHER 48 CATAMARAN

Free Spirit was built by Sundowner Multihulls of Florida. The hulls were moulded in 1977 and the outfitted vessel was launched in 1981. She circumnavigated the globe with her first owner and is presently cruising the Caribbean following a Transatlantic crossing in 2001 by her current owner. The boat has been regularly upgraded to present day standards of comfort and safety. Her long waterline length and light displacement ensures passage speeds of 8 -12 knots and a  very comprehensive sail wardrobe is carried to enhance light wind performance.
