Classic Accommodations is situated in Red Lakes business district and is located on the water front overlooking the Norseman Park on Howey Bay. The building is a 3300 sq.ft facility with the bed and breakfast being located down-stairs and the living quarters located on the top floor of the
building.

The bed and breakfast consists of 4 exquisite bedrooms and has a
sleeping capacity of 8 people all together. There are 2 beautiful bathrooms
which are finished with pine siding to give them more of rustic wilderness
apperance. There is also a comfortable common area and kitchen. The
kitchen consists of a stove, fridge, microwave, coffe-maker, kettle, etc.
more than enough to make our guests stay a comfortable one.

The bed and breakfast has its own entrance from the front of the
facility and you can also enter the bed and breakfast from the entrance into
your living-quarters ( this door locks from your side of the building but
gives you full access to the B and B. There is also an entrance into the B
and B from Room #4.

The bed and breakfast is roughly 1650 sq.ft very large and
comfortable for all of our guests.

The living quarters is roughly 1500sq.ft and is seperated from the
bed and breakfast by a cement sub-floor. This is how the house is heated.
There are water coils that pass through the floor and radiate heat through
the cement. This provides for a consistent heat throughout the house and
the bed and breakfast. There is also a beautiful wood stove located in the
living room which provides a nice heat on those cool Canadian winter nights.
If that isn't enough there is also electric base board heaters located
throughout the building as back up to the other systems.

The living quarters have high vaulted ceilings which provide the
open concept throughout the house. It is also finished with pine trim
through-out the house.Thier is a large kitchen with the fridge, stove,
micro-wave, and dish-washer all being included with the purchase of the
house. The living room is located adjacent to the kitchen and the shelving
built into the wall provides for a nice decorative display for showing off
your collectiables. The wood stove is located in the corner of living room
and some say it is the main attraction. The view out the windows are
breathtaking as you have a panaromic view of the Norseman Plane and Howey
Bay. The living quarters also have two large bedrooms with cathedral
ceilings and would roughly be around 400-500sq.ft each. There is also one
bath-room which is finshed all in pine to give you that rustic appearance.
There are 3 entrances into the living quarters with the main entrance being
on the first floor of the building, this entrance opens up into a foyer
style room and has stairs leading to the top and main floor of the house.
Adjacent to the main entrance is another spare bedroom which can be used for
just that, or an office. Off of the spare bedroom is the laundry facility,
which has two dryers and two washers inwhich all are included with the
purchase of the home. The second entrance to the living quarters is off of
the large 800sq.ft wrap around deck. This deck guarantees many memorable
get togethers, and will provide you with never-ending breath-taking views.
The thrid entrance is located at the end of the hall-way and provides you
access to the back yard.

Classic Accommodations could simply be your Canadian summer getaway
or ran as a summer business. We do run the Bed and Breakfast throughout the
winter at the present moment but 90% of our business is the summer fisherman
coming through Red Lake. We currently charge U.S funds through-out the
summer and the winter rates vary.

There are many chattels which are included with the purchase of the bed and
breakfast and this would be a turn key operation.
