Evolution and Comic Rogue

Howdy how are ya’ll doin? That sounded so country!!
Okay serious mode. Do I even have a serious mode? Ok for real we all know
about Evolution Rogue right? Well I hope you do. Cause as you can probably
figure from the pic. It’s not just about Evo. Rogue. This is about Evo. and
Comic Rogues similarities and differences.
Differences: First off what’s different. One of the biggest
to me is the way they hide their pain or display it. Comic Rogue tends to
act like nothing’s wrong everything’s ok. She puts up the mask of happiness
to assure people that she’s fine while inside she’s tearing up. While evolution
Rogue tends to display her hurt more but not much. Instead of happiness she
puts up a mask of anger and sarcasm, she tends to try and make people afraid
of her with the dark clothing and make-up so they’ll keep their distance.
Another differences their accent. Yes, I know they both have one, but
comic Rogue tends to actually use southern terms like “ya’ll and sugah” sometimes
a little too much for my liking. While in the case of evolution Rogue I don’t
think I’ve heard her say ya’ll once.
Their relationship with Mystique (you knew this was coming admit it!!).
In the comics her and Mystique were actually very close, the only reason
she left Mystique was because she absorbed Carol. Which was actually a blessing
because if it hadn’t of been for Carol she never would have joined the X-men!!
Sorry was getting off topic now continuing. As I said before they were very
close she always thought of Mystique as her mother and loved her. While evolution
Rogue hates her guts she threw off a cliff! I never have really liked the
fact that she does hate her so much but I can understand why.
Now about the way they use their powers. Comic Rogue when her powers
first manifested she used them quite a bit maybe do to working with her mom
as a terrorist. With evolution she started off with the “only when necessary”
rule.
Ok I know that’s not all the differences but those are the main ones to me.
Similarities: They both have very big tempers, which can sometimes
be a weakness. They both belong with Remy Lebeau end of story. Last but far
in the least they both have extremely amazing wills. Which I think is essential
to Rogue’s character comic TV or otherwise. Through all the hardships they
have been able to keep themselves strong and sane. This is probably the main
reason I love Rogue so much.
Well I’m done I know I probably didn’t get everything. And a BIG thanks to
