3 lbs American White Wheat Malt

2 lbs Pale 2-row

3 lbs Dry Wheat Extract

8 oz Cara pils Malt

4 oz Crystal Malt 20L

oz Northern Brewer Hops (9 alpha) (60 Min)

oz Tettnanger Hops (3.8 alpha) (30 Min)

tsp Irish Moss

White Labs Liquid Tube Hefeweizen Ale Yeast WLP 300




Mix grains and mash with 3.5 gal of 150-155F water for 45 minutes. Sparge grains with 3 gal of 170F. Add the malt extract and bring to a boil. Add hops according to hopping schedule. Cool, add to carboy, aerate wort, and pitch yeast.
