Piccolo's Bio Piccolo is a native of the Planet Namek. Goku's onetime arch enemy, Piccolo is the second most strongest fighter on the earth. He wears an extremely heavy cape as a constant training for his muscles. He is renowned for his powerful energy blast as well as his ability to split himself into two or four enteties.
