Frieza Saga

The Freeza saga begins when Bulma, Gohan and Krillen head to Namek in Kami's old spaceship in hope of finding a set of dragonballs that they can use to bring back their dead friends. Goku was unable to come since he was injured pretty badly from the battle with Vegeta. They ran into a lot of obstacles on their way to Namek like the Space Ark children and having their ship nearly destroyed. But eventually they arrive to Namek. They begin to look everywhere for the dragonballs of Namek and they also see some of Freeza's henchmen looking for the dragonballs as well.
Vegeta has arrived
Vegeta has finally healed completely and has gone to Namek as well so he can wish for immortality. As he searches for the dragonballs, he runs into Freeza's hencmen Zarbon, Dodoria, and Cooey. He was able to defeat them all easily despite losing to Zarbon once when he transformed. Vegeta was able to steal all the dragonballs from Freeza, and is missing only one that Gohan, Bulma, and Krillen have. Meanwhile Goku has gone to Namek and on his trip he trains in 100x gravity knowing that he might have to fight Freeza.
They Ginyu Force
Gohan and Krillen with the help of Dende, a namek they saved from Freeza's henchmen, were able to find Guru and have their inner powers awaken. Meanwhile Freeza was very angered by what Vegeta has done, so he hires the most powerful fighting force in the universe, the Ginyu Force to take care of his job and relinquish the dragonballs from the z fighters. The Ginyu force finds Gohan, vegeta, and Krillen and the rest of dragonballs that were hidden. Captain Ginyu takes the dragonballs back to Freeza and tells the Ginyu Force to take care of the Z fighters. But it turns out the dragonballs need a password to be activated so Freeza goes to Guru's place and eventually battles nail who is distracting Freeza(he has no chance in hell to beat him).
First it was Guldo verses Gohan and Krillen. The battle starts out with Krillen and Gohan having the upper hand. They are able to scare Guldo who is running like a coward. But he uses his ability to stop time and is able to get away only to be found again. But soon he uses his mind freeze which literally stops Krillen and Gohan right in their tracks. Then he is able to use another phsycic attack that is about to kill gohan and Krillen but Vegeta steps in and with one blow kills Guldo and saves Gohan and Krillen.
Now it is Vegeta vs. Recoome. The battle starts out with Vegeta getting the upper hand but soon he realizes that he cannot keep Recoome down. Then Recoome gains the advantage and is able to defeat Vegeta. He than nearly kill Krillen. Now it is just Gohan and after a short battle gohan is hanging on for dear life. When it appears it is all over Goku's spaceship finally arrives.
Goku comes out and gives all the z fighters senzu beans. He hides his power in the process to only 5,000. He than says he will take care of everything and goes up to Recoome who thinks Goku is crazy. Vegeta senses that Goku has gotten very powerful. He thinks that he may even be a legenday Super Saiya-Jin. Goku is able to defeat Recoome with one elbow to the stomach.
Now it is Jeice and Burters turn. They both try to team up but whatever they do seems to just go right through Goku like he was an illusion. But he was really so fast that his movements cannot be detected by human eyes. Then Goku easily destroys Burter but lets Jeice go. Jeice returns to Captain Ginyu who tells him that the Ginyu force was defeated by one man. They head out to find Goku.
The battle between Ginyu and Goku begins with both fighters going back and fourth. But after Goku reveals his true power Ginyu realizes he cant win so he decides to use his change technique and is able to switch bodies with Goku. And Ginyu in Goku's body heads back to Freeza's ship with Jeice to destroy Gohan, Krillen and Vegeta.
When he arrives Gohan knows that is not Goku and they begin to fight. Goku eventually arrives and tells Gohan and Krillen they must defeat Ginyu, who is unable to release Goku's true power since he does not know his body very well. But soon Gohan and Krillen realize they can beat Ginyu. Then vegeta destroys Jeice and starts to beat up Ginyu easily and is about to kill him until Ginyu decides to change once again! But this time Goku is able to jump in front of Ginyu and has his own body back but is very weak. Then Ginyu decides to try again but Goku throws a frog in front of Ginyu which turns him into a frog.
Freeza is approaching
Vegeta tells Gohan and Krillen that there is a chamber that will heal Goku inside Freeza's ship. They find it and put Goku in. Gohan and Krillen are able find Dende in hope of getting the password for the dragonballs. They move to a different place so that Vegeta does not wake up and come after them. They awaken Porunga and wish Piccolo back, problem is they did not wish him to a specific spot on Namek. Vegeta eventually comes and threatens Gohan, Krillen and Dende and forces Dende to make Vegeta invincible.
They know they have no choice with Freeza approaching but when they try, Guru dies and the dragonballs are useless. Meanwhile Piccolo finds a wounded Nail and fuses with him making him more powerful than ever. Freeza arrives and the battle begins. Freeza and vegeta go at it and Vegeta is able to cause Freeza a little trouble. Vegeta then tells freeza to go into his second form and fight. He does so and kills Krillen. This makes Gohan enraged and Gohan goes after Freeza with an attack that nearly topples him.
Piccolo finally arrives
Dende is able to find Krillen and heal him. Meanwhile Freeza begins to beat up Gohan. Krillen returns and begins to make Freeza chase him while dende heals Gohan. Than the three of them begin to battle Freeza but nothing seems to affect Freeza. When it seems like there is no hope Piccolo finally arrives. He and Freeza battle with Piccolo having the upper hand. But eventually Freeza transforms into a more powerful form and is able to get the upper hand. But they both go back and fourth until Freeza transforms into his final stage.
Piccolo has no chance against him. Vegeta meanwhile has Krillen beat him up so that Dende can heal him and have him turned into a super saiyan. Vegeta is healed and battles Freeza in his final form. Vegeta uses everything he has and it appeared he had the upper hand but nothing seems to affect Freeza. Freeza then begins to toy with vegeta as he begins to easily beat him.
Goku is finally healed
As vegeta nears his death by Freeza, Goku's healing is FINALLY completed!Now Goku heads out to the battle field. He tells everyone that he will take care of everything. Goku approaches Freeza and tells him they will battle. Freeza begins with a sneak attack easily countered by Goku. The battle progresses in a deadlock for many episodes. Goku finally launched his spirit Bomb against Freeza and appeared Freeza was dead.
Finally a super saiyan
But out of nowhere out came Freeza. He sends a blast at Goku but Piccolo dives in front and is nearly dead. Then Freeza takes Krillen and makes him explode killing him instantly. This drives Goku over the edge and then he begins to transform, his hair and eyes changed, and there was a gold aura around him, he was finally a super saiyan. Goku begins to beat up Freeza and eventually Freeza realizes he cannot defeat Goku so he will do the next best thing; destroy Namek leaving Goku to die.
Planet Namek is about to explode as they two continue to battle. King Kai came up with a plan to bring everyone killed by Freeza back to life. Then they wish for everyone on Namek to be wished back to earth except Goku, and Freeza. Goku gets the upper hand and outsmarts Freeza who gets cut up with his own destruction disk. Goku gives some energy back to Freeza who sends a blast to Goku. Goku sends the blast back to Freeza and FINALLY destroys him.
Goku is still alive!
Namek is about to explode and everyone on earth fears the worst for Goku. But they can wish Goku back with the namekian dragonballs since Guru was alive on earth along with the rest of the Nameks. As they wish everyone back they cannot bring Goku back since Goku said he will come back later. Then all seems well for now on earth but soon an evil named Garlic Jr. has come back from the deadzone.
