As I'm sure you have already read on the 'Proposal page', Andrew proposed dressed as Santa!

Andrew and I agreed that we wanted to wait until after we both graduated college before getting married, and we still had two and a half years left to go! So, unlike most people, we got our engagement pictures taken right away instead of waiting until the month before the wedding.

After two Saturdays, 4 bridal stores, and 18 dresses I finally found the dress of my dreams at Bridal Box on Merritt Island. I was reluctant to even try the dress on as it was nothing that I had pictured in my mind. It had an open back and a lot of beading all over, and as you can see by the pictures it only had little cap sleeves. I tried it on and fell in love with almost all of it, with the exception of the sleeves. I remember saying to my mother that this would be the perfect dress if only there were some way to put sleeves on it. With that Tracy, the sales lady helping me, pulled the pair of gloves that went with the dress out of the dress bag and tucked them into the cap sleeves. That is the third picture you see here! They were just what I wanted and later were cut and sewn to the dress!!

Jennifer and I went back to Bridal Box to pick out the bridesmaid's dresses.
