Summer is Almost Over

Well folks, it's the end of August and Summer is almost over. Fall is in the air. This is my favorite time of year. Halloween is only a couple of months away and I have an exciting character in mind.

The finishing touches are being made to the film "Illegal Smile". It's hard to believe that a year has passed since we first began filming. The last character that I portrayed in the film was A.J. Maloney the Gangster. We filmed at Big Louie's Pizza and A.J. made a cameo appearance.

Nicole is going to be moving to the Bay Area next month, so we are having a get together for her this weekend to wish her luck and to have one last chance for all of us to dress in Goth and freak out the locals.

Hi Everybody!

Well, this is my very first blog for my Crazy Characters website. Things are going really good for me here in California. What started out as a hobby making crazy home videos with my kids and friends in Kentucky has turned into something much more. I have been involved with the independent film "Illegal Smile" and now am on the Board of Directors for The Other End of the State Productions. I had the opportunity to portray several of my Crazy Characters for the film, including Darla, Mark "Quickdraw" McGraw, Baba the Hippie, Boris the Goth, Fat Sal and others. Things are moving right along and we only have a few more scenes to shoot. The movie should be ready for release this summer.

I hope that my friends will take a few moments and post a message for me here on the blog. I will try to update it often to keep everyone informed on what is happening with the film and other events in my life.
