If for any reason you are not happy, please contact us at once and we'll make it right.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order,
just give us a call or e-mail us for an AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ~ then return the item to us in
its original condition and packaging and we'll gladly refund your money (minus ALL shipping charges) .
Orders must be returned postage paid (NO CODs).
Returns must be back at our Studio within 14 days of receipt.
Unauthorized returns will not be credited or returned.
Package must be returned by insured mail, labelled "RETURNED CANADIAN GOODS" and at buyer's expense.
IMPORTANT: Returned Harps WILL NOT be accepted when shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) due to high brokerage fees charged by this service on cross border shipments.
