Something About Us.





We live on three acres in rural Alberta, Canada just west of the Capital city of Edmonton.
We have been crafting our Door Harps since 1985, and take great pride in our work.
We have recently been doing home/barn/fencing renovations which has been consuming our time,
but we still make time to spend dining with our friends, and riding our horses.
Traveling is also one of our passions, and we have been to the Hawaiian Islands several times, as well as the western U.S. Other destinations include several locations in Mexico as well as Jamaica and we hope to add new and exciting adventures to our list.
We have a life filled with wonderful fur babies. We ride our horses English and we both like to jump. Sizzle is being retrained after a short career on the racetrack. Madonna has just started her training under saddle this year with 60 days of training. We also purchased a Appendix QH filly in the fall of '07 and had 30 days professional training put on her before we brought her home and is very good under saddle. Our 24 year old Quarter horse Regal is slowing down and we now consider her our pasture puff.
We added to our four legged dog family in the spring of '07 with the addition of a Flat Coated Retriever puppy Sierra from Prairielight Kennels in Saskatchewan.
She joins our Golden Retriever Breeze in making sure that the local Coyote population know that this is OUR property. :-)
We also have five cats now with the arrival of our new Somali kitten in November of '08.
