We are the fans of Douglas Sills
The man whose adlibs gave us
thrills.
Other stars have fans that scare
'em
But Douglas has this "Sillie" harem
We giggle, stammer it's
astounding
That dimpled smile can set hearts
pounding
And when he turns to glance our
way
"Hello" from him can make our day
So we confess though with a blush
We're grown-ups with a teenage
crush,
Now some may think we're out to
lunch
But we're a dedicated bunch
We know the songs and lines by
heart
So we could play 'most any part
Instead of jaunts to warmer
climes
We've seen this show, say thirty
times?
The Minskoff staff is much
aggrieved,
with our behavior they are peeved.
When we scream and laugh and
shout,
they threaten they will throw us
out.
But slings and arrows we'd
endure,
To cheer on Douglas that's for sure
We know there is no nicer guy,
for if there was then pigs would
fly.
Of Douglas we will never tire
For he's the one who lights our fire
