This
is a job that I was assigned on a Friday. I was given the job one
half hour after the day started, 7:30 a.m., and told to meet with workers
for a contract company. They were going to close a lane on Watt Ave.
in Sacramento at 8:30 A.m. The location of the manhole was in the
left lane of the three-lane southbound direction. You can see the
manhole under the rear tire of the minivan to the far right of the photo.
