SMART  SEARCH  Basic  RULES

At least one FIELD must be entered ---- Other Fields can be left BLANK.

Name Field(s) can START with a single *. i.e. "*son" will find names ENDING in "son"

Name Field(s) will match from Start of name. i.e.   "Jo" will find "Jo" and "John" but not "Major"

Case is NOT sensitive. ( ie Jo = jo = JO )

Example #1 You can search for all POW/MIAs with Last Name of SMITH, Born in 1940
Example #2 You can search for all POW/MIAs who were Reported Lost in May of 196* ( 1961 - 1969)
Example #3 You CANNOT search for all POW/MIAs who were Reported Lost in May of 19*6
