LOWERY - David N., 67 died last night at residence, 2251 27th Court. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Isabell H. Lowery; seven children, Paul G. and Roy R. Lowery of Chattanooga, Mrs. C.S. Dover, Mrs. G.T. Broyles, Mrs. C.C. Morrison, all of Chattanooga; Sgt. Herman D. Lowery, Albuquerque NM; Mrs. C.L. Bowman, Boynton, GA; brother Houston Lowery, Chattanooga; several grandchildren, and one great grandchild; also several nieces and nephews. Mr. Lowery had been an employee of the Southern Coach Lines for 30 years. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon in the chapel of the National Funeral Home with the Rev. Fred D. Crisp and the Rev. Charles Payne conducting. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be A. Crumley, J.R. Thomas, J.O. Wilson, W.J. Hunt, G.K. Hartman, and T.C. Stewart. The body is at the funeral home and will remain there. Arrangements are by the National Funeral Home.

OBITUARY:

LOWERY - MRS. ISABELL, age 66, died early Friday afternoon at the residence, 2251 East 27th Street Courts. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. G. T. Broyles, Lakeview, GA; Mrs. C. S. Dover, Chattanooga; Mrs. C. L. Bowman, Ringgold, GA and Mrs. C. C. Morrison, Athens, Tenn.; three sons, Paul G., Roy R. and Herman D. Lowery, all of Chattanooga; two brothers, David Higdon, Lakeview, Ga. and Sam Higdon, Lookout Mountain, Tenn.; two sisters, Mrs. Francis Knox, Chattanooga and Mrs. Susie Mae Rayburn, Lookout Mountain, Tenn. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of the National Funeral Home at 1:30 Sunday afternoon, with the Rev. John Smith conducting. Interment in Forest Hills. The body will remain at the funeral home until the hour of service.
