Consider such Grace

There is none righteous, no, not one (except for the self-righteous who *think* they are). There is no one with understanding, and there is no one that seeks after God, no, not even you. You all have followed your own ways and become unprofitable, there is no one among you that does any good, no, not one. Your mouth is full of cursing and bitterness, hatred and unforgiveness, destruction and misery are in your ways. And the way of peace, you do not know. (Rom 3:10) You have become an enemy of God, following the wickedness and deceit of your own heart, which has been telling you all along "I don't need God, I am my own god and do what I please". There is a way which seems right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. Proverbs 14:12

But God commends his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of His Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. Rom 5:8-10

Apart from Jesus Christ:
* You cannot be saved by anything you say or do.
* You cannot be saved by belonging to a church.
* You cannot be saved by being sincere or a "good person".

Jesus Christ is your only Way of avoiding the just punishment of God for your sin, and the only way for you to be reconciled in peace and friendship with your Creator.

You were created for God's purpose and pleasure, for friendship with Him, not to live your life apart from the One who is the Life, but with Him and in Him. There is no life apart from God in this world, just as there is no life for the baby in the womb apart from the mother, when the umbilical chord is broken.

"Seek Ye the Lord, while He may be found. Seek Ye the Lord, call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, the unrighteous man his thoughts. And let him return unto the Lord, He will have mercy upon you...He will abundantly pardon!" Isa 55:7

What must You do to be saved?

Just what it says above! Believe in Jesus Christ, the only Son of God and only acceptable, perfect sacrifice for Your sins, having died and risen from the dead; as Your only Redeemer! Seek His forgiveness, and turn from your wicked ways and unrighteous thoughts, and you shall be saved.

Jesus has done everything for you to be reconciled to God. If you want to make your peace with God now, you must receive Jesus as your Saviour. Trust Him. You must talk to Him and ask Him to forgive you of your sins and come into your heart and give Him the place as Lord of your life. Ask Him to fill and lead you with His Holy Spirit. He will. He loves you! To learn more about your new Lord and Father , and to get to know Him better, begin reading the Bible. Suggested reading for beginners are the 4 Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, in the New Testament part of the Bible.

Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God" John 1:12 (Niv).
