Tiny Zippers

This is the bodice to the dress from Butterick pattern #5865. As you can see, I've previously traced the pattern. I recommend that you photocopy or trace your doll clothes patterns, as they are small and easily lost. Then you have the original intact.

You only need to trace one side of the back bodice sections, as you can use it twice by just flipping it over for the 2nd section. Now I've labeled the seam and hem lines. Also, you want add some space to the waist seam allowance, as the space provided is too small to work with. I've also added some space to the back seam allowance. See the red arrows.

Now cut out you patterns. You need to cut on the HEM line, all other places, cut on the outside line. Remember to cut on the line that is the farthest outside, where you added space at the waist and back.
