before heading home.

Taken from the Meribel / Val Thorens ridge (probably).

There was quite a lot of snow!

Unusually, they weren't too hung-over on this occasion (early days)!

From here you can ski down to Courcheval 1550 before the lifts open.

Tuesday Lunchtime Picnic spot at Col de La Loze
before meeting Adam for a drink. The colorful material is a Paraglider thingy.
Tuesday Afternoon Second drink stop with Adam. Excuse was gross overheating after doing the Ecureuil & Chevreuil blacks from the Les Meniures ridge (2434 m) to Meribel.
Tuesday Afternoon Mark pauses for breath after doing one of the infamous Couloirs from Saulire (honest).
Wednesday Lunchtime Picnic stop in Les Menuires having done the Masse black from Pointe de La Masse (2805 m) to Les Menuires. Is Les Menuires french for dung heap?
Thursday Our one day of snow. This is the Jean Blanc black to Courcheval 1300. It's like Jockeys (see above), but with a f****** awful walk at the end. Congratulations to Mark for finding a vital piece of his glasses in the deep snow!
Thursday Some skier somewhere.
