We had a terrific summer cruise as far as the Slate Islands, but didn't take many pictures. Most of our cruise was with those quintessential cruisers, Audrey and Wendell from Lac la Belle. We shared many fish fries and evening games; for special birthday celebrations we went "big time" at the Rossport Inn and Nipigon Cafe.

A picnic on our own island

The old lighthouse keeper's boat on Bowman Island, a classic example of "clinker" construction. It seems like a work of art now.
