Code of Conduct [Anti-Kanjoose Policy]

It is highly imperative that you condemn/oppose/discriminate against all forms of kanjooseness, scrooging, stinginess, lack of generosity, lack of consideration, and selfishness. We do not "take turns" in paying for things, nor do we keep tabs on each other as to who is buying who, what....Such behavior is never tolerated. Whatever money you all have individually, belongs to the whole group, and should be honestly, generously and happily put forward in times of fun, enjoyment, as well as, and especially hardships, for the benefit of the group or community. If you cannot financially afford "a big night out", then please forward such concerns to your brothers who are accompanying you and such minor details will be taken care of. A good rule of thumb is to announce how much each individual has before hitting the party scene in order for the whole group to decide where to obtain additional resources if required; or weather current resources will be adequete. We all consider each other as brothers. The common rules of Punjabi Jatt Brothers apply. It is considered an honour, and seen as great generosity for one brother to look after the well being, (health, security, financially etc) of another brother. Fighting over who is going to buy the next drinks should be minimalised, although yet Jatt Inc has not found a way to overcome this problem since all of them want to always buy each other the next drinks.

[Drinking Policy]

Drinks should be readily available at all times and again commonly shared with all. For visitors, guests and friends, you must try and supply the best quality, (or highest alcohol content), beverage as a matter of courtesy. Please consume to whatever levels you desire, (within reason). Coke and ice should be kept on the ready at all times. When one member of the group is intoxicated, it is the responsibilities of the other group members to care for his safety and getting him home. Making a fool of yourself when pissed is acceptable, to which the other jatts should recognise the higher probability of an increase in pangeh in direct relation to an increase in alcohol consumption. Such pangeh should be regarded as humourous and should never be looked down upon. (After all it should be remembered that half the things that happen, wouldn't if the individual was sober). Therefore any undesired events that may come of being during this temproary drunkardness, should not be taken to heart, or viewed seriously.

[General practitioners health warning: excessive drinking causes substantial and somtimes fatal liver damage.] [Punjabi Jatt Brothers Policy]

All Jatts are to regard each other as brothers. They are to regard all Jattis as their sisters. Elder brothers are required to take full responsibility of the younger. It is the responsibility of the younger brothers to pay respect and to listen to their elders. At all times all Jatts must look out for the interest of each other. All jatts must communicate in a blunt, direct, no bullshit manner. All belongings and material wealth is to be considered as belonging to all brothers for their use collectively whenever required. Physically punching one of your own Jatt brothers is considered great taboo, and is greatly disrespected. Only if greatly provoked numerous times, and, if the general feeling of all the lads arounds indicate a situation of an individual Jatt greatly damaging the honour of another Jatt is there granted rights to knock his fucking block off.

[Social Justice Policy]

Jatt Inc, believes in upholding the "izit" (honour), of all fellow Punjabi's, especially our Punjabi sisters. All Punjabi girls are treated with the utmost respect and are to be regarded as ones own sister. A Jatt lad's worth is determined by his attitude to women. The higher the womans esteem, status and izit, then so too is the higher status and recognition of that Jatt. All Punjabi Kanjari's are to be discriminated against and outcast for their lack of izit. All Punjabi's are to provide full support to each other, especially in times of need, (ie. whenever there is a pangah with any other non-Punjabi). As throughout our history, it is still the responsibility of Gabaroo Jatts to uphold social justice for all people.

[Violation Clause]

This Social Justice Policy also incorporates a violation clause. Violation of Jatt Inc code of conduct results in automatic Jhuttiaan, Katapa, Shitarr, Bashing, Bond-parr, expulsion, and all in all humiliation in front of the Jatt community.
