Born on 31st May 1959 at Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh. I studied at Kendriya Vidyalaya Air Force Station Agra(1969-1971), then at Port Blair(1971-1973) and IIT Delhi (1973-1976). I did B.Sc. (Hons.) (1976-1979) in Chemistry from Hindu College of Delhi University and followed it up with M.Sc.Chemistry (1979-1981 Organic Chemistry).
I joined the 25th Batch of BARC Training School (Nuclear Scientists/Engineers) (1981-1982) for one year training program as a Nuclear Scientist.
I am now with Board of Radiation & Isotope Technology (BRIT), a commercial unit of Department of Atomic Energy, and serve as as the Webmaster of BRIT.
This site was originally initiated to build and encourage the spirit of being Indian embedded into us during the central school days. This site now provides a closer look into my life and my immediate interests. Needless to say that Cricket, Amitabh Bachchan and Hindi Poetry dominate besides some pictures in the form of collective albums of my family. I hope I have done justice to the site updating it for more than eight years now. Some of the old links may become lost I am afraid I can not help much for the paucity of time!
