1. You climb the ranks by: Recruiting, sparring, behavior, actions, and just opening and visiting the KoRN rooms. At anytime you are online you may open an KoRN room. Infact it is strongly recommended.
2. Deleting of mail from guild leaders is not allowed. All you are asked to do in this guild is recruitand spar. That is enough to keep you active. It may also get you a few promotions.
