Easy Oven-baked Potato Wedges

  • 2 lbs. potatoes - cut into wedges
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Preparation -
The potatoes may be peeled or leave the skin on, if desired. Cut the potatoes into wedges. Place the potatoes, soup mix and vegetable oil in a zip top plastic bag. Seal the bag and shake until the potatoes are evenly coated. Empty the coated potatoes onto a shallow baking pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at 450, stirring once or twice, for about 35 to 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
