- 1 cup sugar
- 4 T. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 cups blueberries
- pie crust for a 2 crust pie.
- 1 T. butter or margarine
Mix dry ingredients together;
Add to blueberries. Line a 9" or 10"
inch pie dish with rolled out pie dough. Add berry mixture. Dot with
butter. Roll our remaining pie dough and cut into 3/4" wide
strips to make a lattice top, or make a
full top crust. Slit in several
places. Crimp edges.
Bake at 425º for about 50 minutes, or
until crust is very lightly browned.
