Peaches & Cream Pie

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg - beaten
  • 1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
  • 1 lg. can peaches (drained) or 2 cups fresh peaches (with skin removed and sliced)
Combine above ingredients, except peaches. Pour into a greased 9" pie dish. Arrange peaches on top of batter.

  • 1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
Combine cream cheese and sugar. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Spoon on top of peaches to within 1" from edge of pan.

  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 l/2 T. sugar
Mix together, then sprinkle over top of pie. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
