Clam Dip

  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 6.5 oz. minced clams
  • 2 tsp. finely chopped onions
  • 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • a few drops of Tabasco pepper sauce
  • 1 T. mayonaisse
  • 2 or 3 T. finely chopped parsley

Preparation -
Add onions and minced clams to softened cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients and mix together; Refrigerate. Best served with Ritz crackers.
